Delivery times
We make your lamp to order in our workshop. This process currently takes 5-7 Business days.
Once your lamp is ready, we pack it carefully and hand it over to a trusted local partner (like PostNL, DHL, Bpost, etc.).
From that point, these are the estimated shipping times:

FAQ
Can I use a different bulb?
Every lamp includes a bulb. Most models come with a 3W frosted LED in warm white. The DUNE has a smaller filament bulb made for its shape. The socket is E27. Any E27 LED will work as a replacement, including dimmable smart bulbs. Use LED only.
What is the lamp made of?
The lamp body and shade are printed from recycled PETG or PLA sourced in the Netherlands. PETG is a hard, translucent plastic, widely recyclable. PLA is plant-based. Both are free from BPA.
How is the lamp made?
The lamp is made on a 3D printer. The printer builds the shape from the bottom up, layer by layer. After printing, I assemble each lamp with the electrical parts and bulb and do a quality inspection.
Is there a warranty on the lamp?
Every lamp comes with a 3-year warranty on manufacturing defects. The lamps are also designed for repair. The base and shade are replaceable on every model. On the KERO and WAVY Amber, every single part is replaceable through a thread system. No tools needed. Contact [email protected] with a photo if something breaks. I will send a replacement part.
Is the lamp dimmable?
The lamp has a standard on/off switch. It does not work with a wall dimmer or plug-in dimmer. If you want to adjust the brightness, replace the included bulb with a dimmable smart bulb (E27). You can then dim it through an app on your phone.
Can I return or exchange my lamp?
Yes, you have 30 days to try your lamp at home. If it’s not the right fit, you can return or exchange it within this period. Please send it back in the original packaging to keep it safe during transport.
How do I clean or care for my lamp?
A dry, soft cloth is enough for regular dusting. For marks, a slightly damp cloth works. No cleaners or solvents. Keep the lamp away from radiators, fireplaces, and other heat sources. PLA softens above 60°C. Indoor use only.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
EU countries: No. VAT is included at checkout.
A few EU regions have separate tax rules: the Canary Islands, the Åland Islands, and French overseas territories. Local taxes may apply at delivery.
Switzerland: Swiss VAT (8.1%) and a handling fee are collected by the carrier at delivery.
Norway: Norwegian VAT (25%) is collected by the carrier at delivery.
Other countries: Local duties and taxes may apply. These are paid by the buyer.
